چکیده

Background: Dental implants are now regarded as an effective treatment option for replacing missing teeth. The objective was to evaluate the socket shield approach with immediate temporization conventional instantaneous implant utilizing parameters of horizontal and vertical dimensional bone loss, crestal thickness (CBT) pink esthetic score (PES). Methods: This prospective study carried out at Banasree German surgery centers from December 2010 2020 where 74 patients who had non-restorable maxillary teeth in region were conducted evaluated settlement. allocated individuals divided into two groups group (study group, n=22) placement (control n=52). SPSS version 21.0 used analyze all data. Results: Mean value pre-operative time 1.31±0.2 both but 6 months follow-up it 1.2±0.22 1.07±0.21, 24 1.13±0.24 0.99±0.20 60 1.05±0.27 0.79±0.15 120 1.03±0.29 0.69±0.17 control respectively. Dimensional Changes in Periodontium with Immediate Replacement of Tooth by Socket Shield Technique: Two-year Follow-up

Extraction socket healing and osseous remodeling take 120 to 180 days. Healing results in 50% reduction in the buccolingual bone in 12 months. Buccal bone loss of the extraction socket exceeds more than two-thirds with reduction in apicocoronal height by approximately 0.8 mm within 3 months of healing. Bundle bone is the portion of alveolar bone where fibers from the periodontal ligament (PDL) ...
